Jiffy Lube #205 - Hanover Park, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Took my car in on Friday 7/8/2011 for an oil change. They didn`t have the right tool to take the filter off or their tool was worn down. They were messing with the filter for over 30 mins. I went outside and told them to get away from my vehicle and took my car to dealership the next day. Dealership just told me that the last place rounded out and cracked... view more the housing for the filter and it will cost me $43.26 to repair. Not only will I never take any of my cars to JL anymore, I will make sure to spread the word in every social media location I can.
