DO NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES by purchasing your car, which may cost you more when they give you junk services than busying a cheap car. I see myself stupid that I have not checked these reviews; most of reviews are the truth here. I bought a car like three months ago. I still have temporary plate. When I bought the car, I was kind of rushing and I really needed a car on that day. The car had lower miles and was cheape... view morer so it got me to buy it. On the way back on the high way, I felt my wheels moving weird, so I emailed them and told them that situation soon. They never responded back, even though they used to write me back in seconds when I was looking for a car. Is this a good thing to do to customers? ignoring people after they got thousands of dollars? well, maybe that is how business people are. After three months, LICENSE PLATE is not here. I called them, and they said `oh we will send you next week.` A week later, nothing happened. so I called them again and they did not clearly talked but HANG UP on me. I do not judge them, however, I never recommend you to buy from here if you are smart enough. They do look very very nice, in the beginning, though.

We drove all the way to Melrose park in rush hour... it too over an hour and a half to get there. We had talked to the sales guy that day and he knew we were coming. When we got there they couldn`t find the keys. we couldn`t even pop the hood or look inside! We waited for an hour for them to find the keys. The next day we made the drive again (we went specifically for one vehicle) This time it took them 15 min to fi... view morend the key. when we started looking over the engine it was a quart low on oil and the transmission fluid was barely in the ok range. They didn`t have any extra fluid to top off the fluids! So we start the car and go to pull it out of the parking spot and it dies... out of gas!! We finally decide to buy the car and sign the papers and tell them we want our mechanic to look it over. they try telling us they stand behind their mechanic.. ? really? We had wanted to transfer the plates from the car I previously owned. a week and a half later they call telling us they can`t because you can`t transfer plates from one person to two people. so we give them more money. We had been driving around with illegal plates for that whole time! The registration even has my name spelled wrong! A month later the title shows up... with only my husband`s name! So we didn`t even have to get the new plates!!Every time we called asking where the plates are etc ( over the whole time prob called 2 dozen times) they were rude and we got hung up on!! All the issues we had they should have known how to take care of!!

I would NEVER purchase a car from here nor recommend anyone. I should have read reviews on the business, but I didn`t. I bought a car in June of this year (used), the owner has horrible customer service as well as the employees! 3 hours after buying the vehicle my father heard a noise with my car and it was the water pump! Furious he drove it back and at first they didnt want to fix it so he told them to give us back... view more the check. After arguing with them about why we shouldnt pay for something we JUST bought they finally fixed it. Then a week later I had window issues which I called 5 days in a row demanding to speak to the owner, "he will call you back" is all I kept getting. Now here it is august and I called about receiving my plates and again its the "we will call you back"...a week later no phone call...Im calling the business bureau.

Horrible experience with the owner!!! I didn`t buy a car but his customer service skills are atrocious!!!! They need us customers not the other way around but yet they treat people with no respect!!! The sales person was very nice but i would not give this place any business because of the owner ..(even if i had to walk to work)!!!!

DONT GO HERE IF IT IS THE LaST DEALERSHIP on EARTH. Don`t ever go here to buy a car. Pkrsmom and anyone else who has a bad experience with these people please call the DMV in Chicago and file complaint against them. If we work together we can make them pay for their actions.

Absolutely DO NOT buy from this place. We just bought a small SUV that looked to be nice and not even a month later the transmission and radiator went out. We just spent over $2100 in repairs.....not exactly what i consider " Best Cars for the Best Prices"
