I purchased a vehicle from Bank Auto Motors in Aug. 2007. I paid cash. I was informed that I would receive the title to the car in 2 days FedEx Express because the title to the car was not at the dealership. Two days later, I did not receive anything. I called there was no answer. I left messages galore. Since I live in Indiana, it was hard for me to go to the dealership with my work and school hours. I had to fil... view moree a complaint with the Illinois State Police for a title. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Bank Auto Motors never responded to them. I continued to call and never received a thing. I finally received the title to the car at the end of February of 2008 from Bank Auto Motors. That`s not it, I went to get my plates and the title switched over into my name. I couldn`t because Bank Auto Motors did not fill in the part on the title where they sold the car to me. I called them to inform them and the number was disconnected. I called information and obtained a new number which is listed on this site. Guess what? They are not answering the telephone. As for the car, it is in pretty good working condition and it looks good, but what can I do with a car without a title in my name or plates? Nothing. Bank Auto Motors may have good cars, but they have bad business tactics.
