My daughter and I needed a tow from Wal-Mart across town over to the repair shop and we rode along with the driver to meet my husband over there. The driver was a really nice guy and his truck was actually clean, which I wasn`t expecting. We just chatted about his kids and the towing company and its new management and this one new restaurant. Remove personal belongings before they touch your car

Remove any personal items before you allow them to touch your car. After an accident, my car was towed by this company. It sat on their lot for 1 day before it was taken to my insurance agent`s garage. In that time my Nintendo DS, an MP3 player and a box of altoids (no, I`m not kidding about the breath mints) was taken from my car. When I called their office I spoke with Paul briefly. I did not accuse him of anything... view more, but merely asked if he might be able to track down the missing items. He immediately went on the defensive and blamed me for only now retrieving the items from my car a week after the crash. Well, some of us have to work and we don`t expect to be robbed in the meantime (or at all for that matter). His entire demeanor screamed, ""WE HAVE THIEVES WORKING FOR US!"" He was rude and condescending the entire conversation. I suggest using another company if you are able to. P.S. Be on the lookout for a dishonost person with curiously strong fresh breath.
