I went there to get a truck.when we got there they said the truck is getting detailed and it should be here in and hour.so we wait 6 hours there and the truck comes in and there is mud all over the fron seats. Dust everywhere.so we go back inside and try and get the paperwork done.we made and agreement to fix a couple of things with the truck. So we drop it off the next week they said it will be done in two days.I ca... view morell back the third day asking the status of my truck.they told me it was done and I can come pick it up.when I get there the truck isnt there.she said it will be there in an hour.I come back in an hour its still not there.she told me I had to go pick it up all the way on 63rd and landale.I drove all the way out there to find out it was getting worked on in someones house! Then I get in the truck and nothing got fixed all they did was waste a half of tank of gas and took my snow brush.I called sotos motors back and they said they will get bavk to me.everytime I called them they never awnserd. So I called off a diffrent phone and the awnserd. I asked to speak with the owner they always said hes not there.it was the worst experience I have had.I hope noone else has tp go throw that.and the only reason I gave them a star is because the need a rating in order to submit it

Make sure to get a Car-fax report , bought a car for my kid and it said it had 108,000 miles Paid almost 5000, I thought I had a deal on a 2004 Grand Prix, was curious to see if i actually did make a good buy, and got a Car-fax. OMG !!!! car had 256,000 miles!!!!! never again spread the word request a Car-fax !! Nice Service

I like the 07 maxima I got from these elegant motors. They have other cars with nice prices but this one caught my eye. You need to check them out if you are looking for variety Elegant Motors is your spot. Plus their customer service is excellent. I recommend them.
