This place is the best! I will never take my car anywhere else. I have been there a few times in the past year and a half. Every time I have been there the owner Albert has taken time to ex plane my options to me and never have i been pressured to do extra work, instead they tell me what I need and what can wait. the best part is they take appointment`s. I have had a lot of bad experanices with shops before Cermak auto center is the answer to all my car needs. Very nice and very knowledgeable.

I have gone here a few times and have always had bad customer service. Definitely do not recommend this place. I was asking for a price on some work and called them on friday. They got back to me on Sat. and when I finally got the price and was asking the gentlemen on the phone the breakdown as far as labor and parts he got upset and told me that he didn`t need this and to find another shop! great place for women with no knowledge on cars

I think finally found a good place to fix my car. I ran into so many mechanics that because i am a woman take advantage of that fact. Here they explain very well what was wrong with my car and gave me different options to fix. I did not feel they were ripping me off. The place is clean with nice waiting room. I will definitely go back for future repairs.
