Shady practice... Took my car there because the tow truck driver recommended it.. At first they said it was going to be 375.00 said everything looked tight no real damage. 2nd call was to let me know that i needed a new part and i was fine with it. now bill is up to 800.00 last call i got until the following week when they told me the bill was now 1058.00.. I said what happened it was only suppose to be 800.00 the gu... view morey said it needed a new part which made the bill that high, I said i didn`t get a call asking if it was ok? I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Mike was instantly on the defensive saying I made the call and figured you would be ok with it.. Well i wasn`t. The part he replaced was already damaged and I knew it was ok. When I picked up the car the guy said maybe one word to me.. Bad customer service. Beware of their shady practice. I will filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
