BUYERS BEWARE...SHOP ELSEWHERE. THEY OWE ME $3000.00 FOR BREACHING AN AGREEMENT TO FIX THE CRUISE CONTROL AND RADIO. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF SHUFFLING THE CAR FROM SHOP TO SHOP THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FIX THE RADIO PER THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT. THIS WAS FINE, EXCEPT WEEKS LATER THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AN HAVE YET TO REFUND MY $3000.00!!!

Where do I begin.
I bought a truck from them in August and moved to a new state in September. It took them till almost November to get me my actual plates - my temporary plates expired before I got my real ones. It took me calling and calling and I kept getting excuses like, "oh the computer that makes the plates is down, the guy that does it quit on me, etc." First off, I`m pretty sure the DM... view moreV makes the plates - not the dealership.
Next, I got a call from my bank in November saying they hadn`t gotten the title yet. This dealership took MONTHS too send the title to my bank - and my bank contacted me asking for it.
Then, when haggling for the price of the vehicle I got them to include a 2 month warranty from some placed called GWR or something like that. Never happened. They said I would receive something in the mail from the company for paperwork and such. The only thing I got from them was saying that my application for warranty did not go through because the dealership never paid for the warranty. I called again and I got "oh the guy that pays them quit," etc. Finally I called again and they told me that on their records they paid for my warranty but it`s too late because it`s expired. So basically they told me I`m SOL and to F off and that I`m a liar.
I would call multiple times a week and it would always be, "I`ll call you back." They never called me back. And then it would always be passing the blame on someone else.
The only bright side was the truck was in good condition (100k miles) and they did put on new brakes, rotors, etc on it for me.
Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
