Sales Associate Jim Parisi was pleasant and professional in every instance and worked diligently with New Car Sales Manager Mary Rehkopf to insure my 2014 Mustang GT was ordered correctly and answer all my many questions. Jim Parisi even came in on his day off to deliver the car and as Jim promised, there were no surprises at the time of delivery. It was truly a ?ˆ?Hassle Free?ˆ? car buying experience. I strongly recommend this dealership and the sales / service staff.

The sales staff is extremely rude and offensive. They seem to have no interest in the customer needs, but want to push you into a car that is of no interest. The salesman was confrontational and followed me as I was leaving when I told him I was not interested in the car. I have no idea how this place can stay in business with staff like this F-

Avoid these scammers. They said it would cost $100 to diagnose my vehicle. They gave the wrong diagnoses costing hundreds more. To add insult to injury they charged $250 to change spark plugs that I did not approve of. The garage up the street was able to diagnose with in a couple hours and not I am up and running.
