I am a very happy/proud new KIA owner. The reviews of the new KIA`s are extremely positive and the value really can`t be beat. I was shopping around for a while and decided to do my business at KIA of Bradley. I have not regretted this decision one bit. I purchased a new Optima and absolutely love it. The salesman that helped me was Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire KIA product line. He wa... view mores able to answer any question I had and elaborate on other features that I was unfamiliar with. The buying process was easy and I didn`t feel uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. I was impressed by the entire KIA of Bradley staff. Also, the free oil change policy that KIA of Bradley offers is a great incentive/bonus. I would recommend KIA`s and KIA of Bradley to any family or friends shopping for a vehicle. KIA is a game changer, Honda and Toyota better watch out!!

Do Not Trust This Dealership

I bought a car there. Big mistake. Salesman stated the car had only one owner. I received the title in the mail, the previous owner had bought it used. So that was a lie. The salesman said the car had traction control, the car did not. On the way home the check engine light came on, the car had a bad catalytic converter. In my area, you have to have your car emissions checked before you can plate it, so I had ... view moreto dump money into it before I could plate it. The salesman was very pushy, didn`t want to give me my credit card back after we decided the offer he made was not good enough for us. They kept us waiting for two hours while they "cleaned the car" and it was no cleaner than when we test drove it. The car was on their website for $2995 and the salesman tried to tell us the starting price of the car was $3995. All in all the process was too long and drawn out and stressful. I do not recommend this dealership, I feel they are dishonest.
