to the bad review.......... its just like going to the doctor ............ nothing is going to be perfect. Its a car and hey there are alot of things that could humanly been missed. But they are there to hold up to their life time warranty and do it until its done right.
the current manager there now was very pleasant, knowledgable, and very helpful. The staff was friendly- polite and the office was beyond my exp... view moreectations of what a body shop office looks like! beautiful! customer lounge was great for my kids. free juice boxes and coloring books and even got to put on disney channel for my grumpy 7 yr old who did not want to come with me there today :) i reccomend them if you want to feel like your not just ""another` customer.
i did have to bring my car back for them to check into a wind noise i was having after the repairs were complete but again the staff there dropped everything let me have a seat enjoy a coke and watch tv while all but 15 minutes later we were good to go. no problems since.
Will def go back there if anything happens in the future
""knock on wood"" :) and FYI manager i believe his name was mark was very informative about me looking into purchasing a new car. he told me his thoughts about what he thinks are good safe cars and it really helped me being a single mother and going car shopping.
