sorry you had a bad deal but maybe it was during the time that there was the wrong person workin but that is not the company fault... no need to put poor service when it was just one person that did you wrong.. yeah i know in 09 there was a guy that worked there that seemed as if he didnt need to be there .... but now it is Jim and his son-in-law and they a great crew ..sorry about the bad deal... . im 26 y... view morers old and they have been the only tow.and repair service i have ever used they are a great place and they have new caring people!!!!! Also they have free towing on all in house work

Poor Service

They don`t have a clue on repairing vehicles and can not keep their stories straight on what they even did. When you pick up the vehicle and it has the same problems that it did when they towed it in I would say that is a sure sign they don`t have a clue. There excuse as to why the vehicle wouldn`t start is because you have to know how to start it properly, turn the key once, wait a few seconds, then turn the key a... view moregain, do this a few times before actually starting the vehicle. Funny now that it has been taken to a different repair shop there is no special &quot;starting&quot; rules.
