I had a minor auto body repair...

I had a minor auto body repair I needed taken care of and after putting it off too long I stopped by to see if they could help me. They got me in right away, took care of the issue quickly, and everything seems to be as it should be again with my vehicle. As an added bonus, they charged me about a third of what a previous shop had quoted me for the same repair and had it done way faster too! My only beef with them wa... view mores that, while not overly pushy, they did seem as if they were pushing for me to let them fix some other things that I wasn`t looking to have taken care of at the time. It wouldn`t keep me from going back though.

Awful Customer Service!

I took my car to Lake City Auto body because it was recommened to me by my insurance company. I was told the repair would take about 1.5 weeks, but they would call me to confirm after the first day. The first week went by and I never heard from them. I finally called and they said it would be ready the following Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning and was told Thursday, and so on, and so on. They NEVER called ... view moreme to keep my updated and my car was not ready until the following Monday, 15 days after I brought it in!!! I came to pick it up with my husbands credit card (which I am on the account of), he was out of town for work, and they told me it was illegal to take it. I had my husband call to talk to them and give them his credit card over the phone; they told me that was illegal as well (if that`s the case how do you order clothes from catalogs or make hotel reservations)?? Needless to say, I had to leave my car there and wait for my husband to return to town before I could pick up my car. I would never recommend Lake City Auto Body, they are rude and inconsiderate.
