Awesome service experience

I recently purchased a used car from Dennis Dillon. A couple of weeks later the motor started making an odd noise. I assumed that because I purchased a used car they would tell me it was my problem. Boy was I suprised when the service manager and sales manager both got involved to help me get my car fixed. I would for sure recommend Dennis Dillon both to purchase a car and to get it serviced.

This place sucks!!

We had the worst expierence at this place! We drove 170 miles for them to double check thier own work and when we arrived there they wanted to charge us money to hook my car up to thier computer. The people are ignorant and unknowledgable!!! There are so many better place to go in Idaho. I urge you to pick a dealership that will give you great service and treat you kindly!!!

Don`t Do It!

Your car-buying experience may be just fine. BUT THE SERVICE WON`T! I have found that the Service Department, especially the management, is unknowledgeable, unprofessional and downright rude. Do your research on this dealer before buying there.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE

The car-buying experience was fine. However, the service department management is absolutely horrendous. I found the Service Department Manager to be unprofessional, unknowledgeable, confrontational and downright rude. I am not an unreasonable or unfriendly customer and I am appalled at the treatment received there. I might suggest asking around before purchasing a car here. I didn`t and I am paying the price.

Don`t bother wasting your time and money

I brought my car in for an over heating issue. they kept it for 5 weeks! What ultimately turned out to be a clogged radiator cost me $1000 because they claimed it also needed a thermostat and a water pump. these guys have no diagnostic skills.
