Disappointing

I was a little nervous ordering from Battery Barn, as I`d found some scandalous reviews. I`m happy to report that my replacement batteries for my Makita drill showed up MUCH faster than I expected (in 3 days) and seem to work well. I haven`t used them very much yet, and will update or write another review if there`s a problem. Thanks, Battery folk! ------------------ Update, Dec 2010. Having used the new batteries... view more for a few months, I`m disappointed. They don`t hold a charge as long as my older, dying batteries, and don`t seem to have as much power fresh out of the charger. I haven`t contacted Battery Barn yet. I would NOT recommend these batteries. ----------------------- After contacting seller, I was told that I could exchange my batteries for another $20. Seems like throwing good money after bad. TERRIBLE batteries
