1- There were some screw heads (broken hexagon screw head on the floor of my car after service. 2- I did ask for the parts numbers for things that I will do later on my car and when I arrived I had to wait to get them, also I did not get part numbers for everything that need to be changed on my vehicle. 3- The service guy as he was explaining what need to be done on the car, recommended changing the spark plugs. W... view morehen I told him I just changed all of them at a volvo dealer exactly a year a go with about 4000 miles on them, he dismissed the subject as if they did not really need to be changed. I got the impression that he was trying to get me to do more work on the car than actually needed.
