Took my car in for an oil change what they call their "signature oil change" the guy that waited on me was courteous but felt ripped-off as I ended up spending $46 on an oil change for their "premium specialty oil" for cars with high mileage. I was given a $10 mail-in rebate that I specifically asked if I had to use at Jiffy Lube and was told it was a $10 check I could cash and use as I wish.
