First experience dealing with body shop after collision. The place was recommended by insurance company (separate problem). OLD MAN Ed unable to fix car adequtely. Took the car back THREE TIMEs!! They made the problem worse. I will never return to this shop. They can do the exterior fine but question the mechanical work of this shop. Also will never buy car from Bettenhausen of Tinley Park dealership because o... view moref association to shop. Place is awful, just plain awful.
