Never Again

I can`t believe that a place like this is still open. The bait and switch these guys used could teach insurance salesmen a thing or two. The place is a rat-hole and the staff is a bit too friendly with one another (I watched the behemoth of a head mechanic grab his coworker`s rear end at least three times---and I just gagged thinking about it). The guy in charge spent my visit there talking down to me like I was a... view more third-grader but he seemed to know his stuff (I was in for a surprise on that one). I dropped my car off for a water pump---when I returned I was informed that a timing belt was required as well and the price tripled at that point. Why didn`t I just decline the service you ask? When I got there the parts had been ordered and the repair was well under way and I had little choice as to whether or not the repair got done there. When I complained, the boss got snarky with me and finally when I threatened to call my lawyer he knocked twenty-five dollars off of the bill. An expensive lesson, but at least I`ll never get ripped off by these scheisters again...never go to All Tune and Lube. Your better off having a neighborhood kid whack at your engine with a hammer than having these clowns do their three stooges act on your car and your wallet.
