Jay - Kay Auto Body did great work on my car. The technician that worked on my car matched the paint perfectly and they had it completed in less days that I expected. The entire experience from the office staff to the technician that did the body work and painting were fantastic. The most awful experience of m...

The most awful experience of my life with customer service, they left the whole car unlined and gaped. It appeared to be put together in a back of a residential garage. I feel they took advantage of the fact that I know little of cars and was unable to explain myself to what they know was a poor job. Lifetime warranty does not stand true with this company, 3.5 years later they ignore my concerns and verbal curs... view moreed me out of the shop. They do not honor ?ˆ?life time warranty?ˆ? promise. BS about everything, never called me to make any appoints, or to even let me know that the car was ready.
