Took my Ford Explorer to Seyers to replace the transfer case. Pretty expensive fix. Whenever I went to pick it up it still had a vibration while driving. Turned around and went back. Talked to the heavy set lady that works in the front. She stated that they did everything right and it was an unrelated issue. She said if I wanted them to do anything else that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. I refused and went so... view moremewhere else. Come to find out it was a bent drive shaft. Would have been unrelated other than Seyers name was still wax penciled on the drive shaft where they tried to take it ti get balanced. I will never go back or recommend anyone to their business. No business ethics or customer service.
