In the past couple months I`ve had things go wrong with my car. Each time it was something different, and each time I called around to get estimates I called Mark Buititta Auto Service. I`ve NEVER gone to them. Every time I`ve called they`ve treated me like an idiot, and acted like I was wasting their precious time. I asked about estimates and he sighed and said "we`ll charge you $85/hour if you want us to look into ... view moreit". Are you kidding me?! That`s ridiculous for a test drive and scan! He obviously didn`t want my buisness, I don`t care how busy you are...if it`s your companies job to fix cars you should treat every customer with respect!
