Completely unhelpful

Brought my SUV in at 8:30 a.m. to have brakes inspected. Told them I would be working all day and would pick the vehicle up after work (3:30 p.m.) I understood that it was possible that Midas wouldn`t have enough time to do the work that day, but that they could at least tell me what it needed, get me an estimate, etc.

As the day goes on, I get no phonecall...nothing. Finally at 2 p.m. I called them to find ou... view moret that not only had they not looked at my vehicle, but that they ""probably just wouldn`t get to it that day."" The attitude was complete apathy.

After work I picked the vehicle up and will NEVER take it back there again. Complete lack of professional courtesy. I`m sure they would`ve been over-priced anyway. I will be going to a competitor.
