TYPICAL USED CAR DEALER & POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP My husband and I purchased the protector package through Bill Kay Dealership in Naperville who outsource to S & S Automotive Inc. Besides the undercoating coming off in sheets, My Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup was returned with smudges of undercoating on the interior doors and chrome rims, The interior was salvaged but the chrome rims are ruined. After several trips ... view moreto the dealership and visits from representatives from S & S Automotive Inc. S & S have since pushed the blame the Bill Kay. Bill Kay informed me the truck was purchased with damaged rims. The beautiful thing, my truck was advertised on-line billkaychrysler.org and kbb.org. As of 08/13/08, it has been ongoing since 2/16/08. I would not recommend S & S or Bill Kay - BUY FOREIGN
