Inconsistent parts and service.

This place is spotty. I`ve gotten some decent parts there, but I`ve also gotten some pretty poor parts. The prices seem a bit higher than average. The service can be very good or terrible depending who you get. The manager is good, but I`ve had difficulty getting parts from a couple of the employees. Either they don`t know what you`re talking about, don`t know how to look it up, or (worst of all) try to tell you... view more what you need and get arrogant and huffy when you disagree. I`ve only had that experience with one employee, but it happens every time I deal with him and it`s extremely irritating and time consuming. There is nothing worse than a parts guy who thinks he knows more about your vehicle than you do. Don`t argue with me or try to "educate" me about what I`m running on my own vehicle, just give me the damned part I`m asking for! If you`re looking for simple, stock late-model stuff, this place is probably fine, but for the creative parts swappers out there, be mindful of which counter man you get.
