THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!!!

I traded my car 21 days ago and I`m still getting calls from the bank that my trade was never paid off!!! I first contacted the dealership about this problem 2 weeks ago and they said they would take care of it. GUESS WHAT!!? They didn`t! What are they broke are something. I have called and called and even went down there and sat in the finance office to make sure this was settled. Terrible!!

I bought a Kia Sportage, not only did they charge me for the back up sensor but they did not install it. I had to make an appointment with them. Why? I dont know! Then I had to wait 3 months for them to send me the registration but I have to call them and bug them about it. And the customer service was the worse. They act like they want to fight with you when you ask them a question!
