We own a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac which has been a great truck but is now showing signs of wear-n-tear. We have always taken the Sport Trac to our local Ford dealer when it came to annual servicing and minor repairs. This friend recommended Uptown Automotive. We decided to have Uptown do a check on the air conditioner with an estimate of what it would cost to have it repaired. They did find a leak and gave us what sounded to be a very honest assessment of what was needed and how much it would cost. We felt that the price was very fair and very affordable so we decided to have Uptown Automotive complete the job. Since then, August 1, 2013, the air conditioner has been great. We are a 2-car family so I am looking to have Uptown Automotive take over the servicing of both cars. They are friendly, fair and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Uptown Automotive.

Uptown Automotive is the ONLY place I`ll take my truck!

Uptown Automotive is the only auto shop on Maui that I recommend to my friends and it is the only place I`ll take my truck.

They are always fast, fair and honest and there is no other auto shop on the island that even comes close to the quality and service that Uptown Automotive provides.

Honest and Great Auto Service

My extended family and I have gone to Dave at Uptown Automotive for years. He has a great and friendly staff with Cindy, Travis and Walter. After a while they really get to know you and all of your vehicles. I have always gotten a fair estimate. They explain everything and show me the parts that were worn and replaced.

Last year during a weekend, I went to another franchised mechanic who charged me for ... view moreservices and parts, but didn`t fix the problem. I waited until Monday for Dave who figured it out with a simple test and fixed it within the day. If you go to Uptown Automotive, you will not be disappointed.
