Id give zero if i could!

Needed a tow from Kaanapali to my house near the cannery on a Sunday morning. Called them and got the drivers number and he actually got upset that we woke him up, it`s not like he wasn`t going to get paid for the service. He was extremely rude and has no business being in a service related industry. I have no idea what the guys name was but I work for a security company on the west side and we won`t be using throckm... view moreortons anymore. The guy I got from the other side was much more helpful and I didn`t feel ripped off with the estimate I was given.

Maui`s Worst Customer Service

Went there for an oil change about 3 months ago. After waiting for the gentleman at the counter to finish his phone conversation (without being acknowledged). He asked me to ""come back and see how busy we are"". Went there again recently and got the same response after waiting 10 min without being acknowledged again.

Worst Service I ever had! Unorganized and RUDE.

I got my truck inspected and they told me to come back with the registration. I came back and the guy looks at me and says what do you want. And then told me that I can`t just show up and expect to get my car`s inspection process finished. I have to call for that sort of thing. Also, the guy (owner) who told me to come back went on vacation for 3 weeks so I need to call and see if there is someone else who can do... view more it. I call the next morning and speak to the receptionist and as I explained that the guy(owner) who did my inspection is on vacation so he told me to come back but he isn`t even there. I wasn`t even upset or rude and she says that`s what we tell everybody now will you let me finish. Then she started treating me as if I was the most irrational man in the world and was very rude and sarcastic and at the end of the conversation she said ALOHA! like a total witch, a haole witch! I can`t even believe that there is a company like them on maui!
