Worst service

After going here this will be the last business from me. I would like to say the workers are great over there, but it`s just the owner can really be an a**. I went there to get an alignment, he took it in and started to put it on the rack . Then forced it on and broke my exhaust. Then comes inside telling me I broke his machine when I wasn`t the one to even put it on the lift, so I don`t really understand how it... view more`s my fault. After that he says" idk why stupid people do stupid thing to their car", cause my car was dropped. Then he puts my wife involved asking her if she likes the ride , insisting the rides F.Up.That what pushed it to far. Trying to involve my wife in this when I`m the owner of the car. The whole conversation he gave attitude. I won`t lie, I told him F.U and demanded for my car to be taken down. This is only part of the conversation. For this boss the customer is never right even though they are. How he handled the business was just really ridicules. I didn`t get a single sorry from him but all the workers said sorry to me. So if some how your car damages his machine while he forces it on, be prepared for it being your fault and things breaking on your car with a lot of attitude given from him . So watch out for a tall haole guy, don`t let him. Drive your car in. I was told the boss/owner has anger management problems, so don`t break or put a single scratch on his lift even though you weren`t the one to put it on.
