I was so thrilled when I found out I could save a great deal of money by renting a car through Genco Auto Sales. My family and I live in Oregon and reserved a rental through Genco and Enterprise just to be safe. And Genco paid off by saving me $160.00 off the Costco membership price from Enterprise. NO! Buy a car from them and experience the WORST customer service. Lying, shady, underhanded dealing with the wonderful added condescending attitude, never return messages, lie about doing so, no full disclosure on important facts on the car, screen calls and don?ˆ™t answer (you?ˆ™ll have to call from a # you didn?ˆ™t give them for contact, then they answer the phone), made for the worst lack of customer service I`ve eve... view morer experienced in buying a car. I would recommend driving past them to save yourself this bad experience.
