Mike...what an arsehole. If you do go to Servco Subaru, which I do not advise, don`t do business with Mike. I didn`t catch the name of the supervisor who was working at that time, but he was an equally terrible salesperson. They pre-qualify you hardcore. What does that mean? That means if they don`t think you can buy a car, then they won`t even try to sell you one. No investigative questioning, no friendliness, no... view morething. All they offer you, if they don`t think they can easily sell you a car, is a bunch of negative talk and disrespect. Unfortunately, because Oahu is an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, they can treat people poorly and still do enough business to stay open. I have not received customer service poorer than that I received at Servco Subaru. I was so offended by the treatment I received from Mike that I will probably never set foot on a Subaru dealership ever again, no matter where in the world I am. Subarus have a high customer satisfaction rating, but I`d take something that scored half as well if the salespeople treated me like a GD human being. Avoid Servco Subaru on Oahu. They don`t want your business. And if you terrible, sorry excuses for salespeople are reading this review, know that I went to BMW, came in with $10k down, and traded my CR-Z and 335d for a 540xi. Fk you.
