I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars! I am a Soldier deployed to Afghanistan. My wife who has a Schofield Barracks address and an out of state drivers license went into the 94-729 Farrington HWY Waipahu Toyota dealership to get an oil change, she was treated poorly and ripped off. I bought the $1000+ service agreement because I new I was deploying and did not want my wife and two daughters to have to worry about these things while I am deployed serving our country. 1. My service agreement does not say oil changes every where excluding Hawaii. So the service folks basically ripped my wife off. 2. Anyone can do the math?ˆ¦?ˆ¦.Out of state drivers license, Schofield Barracks address and a 2013 Toyota bought in California. Even if my service agreement did not cover the oil change ?ˆ?in Hawaii?ˆ? as they claim this can not be the first time they have seen this happen. They should have identified this when my wife came in to get our truck serviced. I believe they saw my wife who had two sick kids with her and ripped her off. 3. If you are in the service of our country or a civilian working hard on the grind, I would avoid these shysters at all costs. I will get my money back and this will cost the dealership in the end. 8.5 months till I get back, I bet I can cost this dealership tens of thousands of dollars.
