Unparalleled Service Experiance
WOW! From drop-off to pick-up knowing my car was being treated with the professional care I`ve been looking for was such a relief. The car was fixed right, it was done when they said it would be, and the cost was as fair as they come. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family. It is great to finally have an honest repair shop. Keep up the good work guys.

They know their STUFF
I have been to several shops in the area where they depended on their machines to do all of the work and the diagnosing, but these people take it an extra step. They use the machines for confirmation after they have established a preliminary diagnoses. I have not once seen them get it wrong in the several years I have been using them.

If you need an oil change go to an oil change shop. If you need a mech... view moreanic go to these guys.

Oh yes, I am running a 1976 Pontiac and 2001 F150 truck along with a 2000 toyota camery.

Rip Off
I have a Toyota Camry with 180K miles on it and am looking for a mechanic to treat me fairly and to keep this car going for another 180K. I had read all the reviews for Bud and liked what I saw so I decided to give them a try, this time just for routine maintenance. I needed the oil and filter changed, rotate my tires and just check everything out. To my surprise when picking up the car I was charged $134.03. Even... view more more to my surprise there was nothing wrong with the car; these were charges for just what was listed above.
Here?ˆ™s a complete breakdown of my receipt:
Description of Work (labor):
Change Oil, Oil Filter, Rotate Tires, Check belt & hose, Check brakes and test drive - $105.00
Parts:
Oil - $18.00
Oil Filter - $7.50
Fees:
EPA / Waste Disposal - $2.00
Tax ?ˆ“ $1.53
I thought to myself there is no way I?ˆ™ve paid this in the past so since I keep all the receipts for all my service I went digging.
By comparison, I pulled the receipt from Cobb County Toyota when I had the same routine service done; here is what they did and how much I paid:
Labor:
6 Point Inspection All
Inspect Fluids All
Inspect Tires All
Oil and Filter Change with Lube
Rotate Tires All
Total - $28.76
Parts:
Oil Filter ?ˆ“ $6.46
Gasket - $1.33
Oil - $9.35
Fees:
Compliance Fee - $1.00
Shop Supplies - $1.44
Tax - $1.03
Total Cost:
$49.37
When I questioned the attendant about why so much and told him that I?ˆ™m certain I can go to the dealership cheaper and have receipts to prove it he just said well that?ˆ™s what we charge and I don?ˆ™t have the authority to override the price.
I am the type person who will normally not write these kinds of reviews but with all the hype around this service center I don?ˆ™t want anyone else being taken for a ride like I was today. You be the judge and someone please help me understand the $84.66 difference. I?ˆ™m still in shock.
I will certainly never use Bud Leonard Again. I can?ˆ™t stand dealerships but this is definitely not a viable alternative.
