Rude. Don`t bother asking any questions, or calling. Jason, working the phone should be fired. I called and asked to verify a record, and he was a real piece of work. Hung up on me when I asked if he could check. I called back and asked for his name, and he hung up on me again. Do not use this company. Anybody that refuses to help when by doing so little could help so much should go out of business.

SCAM! RUDE! BAIT & SWITCH!

Bait & switch! They advertise $18 emission test, but charge $25 for old cars. These kids act like you are bothering them. They are very rude! if you drive an old car they will tell you their machine is broken so they don`t have to do the test.
