DO NOT BUY FROM PRICE POINT MOTORS ! Their customer service is despicable . Their lack of care for anything but YOUR money is humiliating . I have had my 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN for roughly 2 1/2 months and have had nothing but problems with it from DAY 1. Price Point has been RUDE, inconsiderate , and very unprofessional about the entire situation. They WILL however charge you almost DOUBLE blue book value and an almost 30-40% interest rate. They WILL blow you off when calling to speak to manager or even at times hang up on you. THEY WILL take their sweet time to allow you to speak to someone in charge in person, and then when you voice your concerns they WILL tell you they will have you escorted from the property. They DO NOT sell quality, the DO NOT operate in a professional manner, they DO NOT care about their customers, they DO NOT return phone calls, and they DO NOT HONOR their so called 6 month 6000 mile power terrain warranty.
