I went in to check on the price of tires and I watched the sales person look at the Tire Rack web site and then quote me a price $60. more per tire...and this did not include mounting and balance! They also tried to force me in to a more expensive tire than what I wanted. There are better local places that are more customer oriented and helpful. Management needs to take a good hard look at what is going on here!

Poor

Went to take my car in to get a tire patched. They took over 2.5 hours to do it, damaged my rim, and didnt ensure the tire had the right pressure. It was 15 psi under. Not quality work at all

Don`t go here! Terrible service!! They broke the valve stem (its one with a pressure sensor) on my tire when checking the pressure of the tire. They told me that it broke but said it was just the sensor and acted as if it was no big deal that it broke and never said that it was something that would have to be replaced before you can do anything with the tire. So months later when we go to check the pressure in that t... view moreire you can`t do anything with the tire until the valve is replaced. When I went and talked to them about it that said they wouldn`t replace it because it could have broke with anyone and that it breaking was not their fault and that it probably broke by sticking to the valve cap. He did finally offer to not charge me for labor but and just the part but the price he quoted me for the part was higher than the total cost quoited to me by another company!! I had a few people tell me not to use them and I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They tried to charge me $250 for a part that cost $70 at any auto parts store and I actually came to find later that I didn`t even need that part at all. I originally went in for an alignment and they told me they couldn`t do an alignment without at least one of these parts possibly two and held it over my head that I would be stranded without an allignment about 1000 miles from my home.
I left this shop and went ... view moreto another where they said everything on my car was fine and they performed the alignment with no problems and I have had none with that part since. DO NOT GO HERE THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU IF THEY THINK YOU ARE UNKNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!
