With me having a show car I am really picky on who works on my car. I came in to Walkers Auto Repair here in Valdosta and they really made me feel like they was all about business and was worth the chance. Since then I bring both of my cars here for anything. I just like up front people and they were definitely that. I have recommended them to my car club and fellow service members at Moody AFB.

Walker`s Auto has gone above and beyond for me as a customer and for that, Im a loyal customer. Their prices are lower than anyone and they have excellent customer service. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!!
I called today to ask the managers/owners name because the front desk representative told me she would have a wrecker pick my truck up. Well I contacted her everyday for a week about picking up the truck and she would tell me they would have to pick it up in the afternoon or she would give me some excuse or tell me she would call me back, but she NEVER would. Well finally, th... view moree next week (Today) I called down to ask the owner/managers name because I wanted him to know what was going on and who was running his front desk (Someone who obviously does not care if they get business or not) and the front desk clerk began to ask me WHY I NEEDED TO KNOW THIS, with the worst attitude ever! I began to explain that I needed to speak with him/her about an issue I was having and she then HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! WTH! So I called back and asked to speak with the manager again and she hung up the phone AGAIN! I just can`t believe someone would treat another person let alone a customer with so much disrespect! I finally called back and told her that I can`t believe a business would treat a customer like this, and I told her I just needed the managers name or to speak with him directly, I also asked her what her name was. She then replied saying "I don`t know why anyone would want/need the managers name" but she then gave it to me and hung up again. She said his name was Clarence and hers was Linda, She probably lied about it but someone needs to tell the manager about his employee. I am HOT about this matter! You do not treat customers like this. I will NEVER take my cars/trucks to them and I will NEVER refer them to ANYONE!

Affordable, quick, and friendly service providers. They can fix anything in a timely manner and help you avoid unnecessary costs and procedures. Also provide shuttle service if you need a ride from the shop. Highly favored and highly recommended.

I moved to Valdosta about 10 months ago and was looking for an auto service garage.
