These people are rude, overpriced, and obnoxious. When I asked to speak with the owner the woman that answered the phone claimed she owned this business. After further pressing a man who refused to give his name got on the phone. Because of bad business practice a car came up missing after trying to get a quote for a repair job. I have yet to find the car. Something fishy or potential illegal may be going on here.
