DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Stephens Auto Glass is a rip-off. A windshield repair is service by the company on 7.2.10. They issue the client details about the repair after receiving a complaint on 7.6.10, which addresses reinstalling the identical factory items on the car that is damage doing their repair work. The $150.67 payment is for new materials but the company uses the funds to lower their expe... view morenses by reinstalling old parts back onto the car. Then Stephens?ˆ™ associate wants to charge another fee of $185.00 to repair their defects in the complaint. The extra fee of $185.00 is much higher than the first service payment of $150.67. This company is in business to take advantage of consumers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
