Horrible Dealership

Wife and I tried to test drive a Sorento. We were informed by two diffrent sales folks that we could not have another Kia dealership do any work, they had to do it. Even if we broke down during travelling. Next the sales person automatically was selling us the unlimited warranty that costs extra. When we questioned them about the diffrence they had to back track. We left very disappointed and with a slimy feeling... view more from them. Too Dangerous

I took my car in for warranty work. When I went to pick it up, someone had stolen my radio. There was a lot of damage to the center console as well. The Service Manager and the General Manager told me they were not going to fix it. They said that it was not their responsibility even though they had left my car unlocked in their fenced in service area. discrimination for money

I had a $1500 voucher of kia autosport and the salesman here in Columbus still wanted me to put $3000 down with that. I know with every deal depends on your credit, but that wasn`t the problem. Kia Autosport of pensacola contacted me wanting to sell me a car from their lot, but why should I go out of town and I`m a residence of Columbus. They advertise one thing and do another. It`s all about money.
