I don`t know about the last person but my family and I have been using Mitchells for many years now for used auto parts and they really help us save money. If you know what you need, they are efficient because they know their business. I guess they might not have the highest customer service skills. If someone knows auto mechanics but doesn`t always say "please and thank you," I guess that I can live wit... view moreh that.

Service

The service at this junk yard really needs improvement. They act like they are doing you a great service by even talking to you. I have dealt with them many times over the years in the Conyers location and every time it is a headache to deal with them. I guess they think they are the biggest in town they can treat their customers like crap. I would suggest going somewhere else if you can!!!!!
