DO NOT take any of your vehicles to Gonzalez Tires, they are a rip-off. I took my truck there and got my front and rear rotors and brake pads replaced, starting hearing noise, took it back, they told me that`s how new brake pads sound. I wasn`t pleased with their answer. Not even a week I went back, they drove it and heard the sounds that I was hearing and replaced the front rotors and pads again, I paid $40 labor ... view morefor this. I went back up there on Saturday, January 12, 2013 they HEARD, I mean they HEARD me pulling up that`s how LOUD my brakes are, i was told it`s how I apply my brakes that`s why it sounds like this. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
