My car broke down and my insurance company called Cates and I must say that was the worst decision ever!!!!!!!! The guy, Justin, was horrible and rude and spoke to me like I was a child. We called and complained but it did not seem to be effective. I later heard that the guy, Justin, worked for his " in-laws" so he did not care how he treated the customers.
