I recently took my Expedition in for repair. The total, for replacing a coil and 8 spark plugs was 607.00. I did not mind the 97 dollar diagnostic fee, labor, and parts but they tacked on 44 dollars in "shop fees" and another 50 for a "Pep boys extended warranty." Seems that these are both ways to gouge customers for extra, and unwarranted, profit. I will never take any vehicle to Pep Boys again.
