I used to work there watched the owner and management increase labor hours per job and increased parts mark up as much as 50% over Dealers list prices to offset the slow down in buisness. Steadilly ripping off the loyal customers.

I highly recommend their services

This is the best experience I`ve ever had a repair shop. I went in to receive a free oil change from a mailer they sent out and decided to get the motor in my power window replaced. They completed the task in a timely fashion and were very courteous. The following week the same power window would not work. I called and was able to get in to see them the same day. They immediately looked at and assessed that the part ... view morethey installed was no good. They quoted me a time of 45 minutes to an hour just for the part to arrive and then install. My vehicle was actually ready to go exactly one hour from the time they explained the problem to me. Excellent service. I will always call them first for any auto related work. Oh, I almost forgot, they sent a very nice `thank you` card after the first repair. Good customer service goes a long way in my book.
