TERRIBLE Dealership with PATHETIC customer care

Purchased a Lexus IS-350 thinking I had finally ready to experience the `great lexus`. Having owned acura, audi, infiniti, and others... I couldn`t wait. Now I wish I had never heard of Lexus. It drives like a wounded Elephant, scheduled for repair within 5 days of purchase. The dealer response was to invite me to `work a deal` to buy back my previous car (trade-in). Internet sales manager Don Bonura, never bothered ... view moreto ask (or care) why I told him I hated the car two days after purchase..... his email quote "everyone has their own opinion` and that I was "one of those customers he wished he never met". I wouldn`t recommend this dealer or Lexus to my worst enemy. All they care is making the sale, then are on your own because if you have complaints the (and I quote) "you just can`t be pleased".
