I bought a truck from this dealer and 4 days later the engine started knocking and I took itto a ford dealer service center and they found that the pepole at cherokee auto sales put a quart of oil over what it calls for wich is a known trick to quiet down the sound of a moter knocking! So I went back too cherokee auto sales too see if they would help me and the owner told me that it was my problem The truck was mine now! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THESE CROOKS TOO ANYONE! I also have found out that 4 pepole that I know have also had similar problems with this place ugghh im so mad! I have 3 kids in school and a low income I dont know what im gonna do at this point! How is this place still selling ccar`s you ask?? Becuse they are in good with pepoles finance manager and they can get almost anyone financed too buy a lemon and then they tell you hey its your problem!!! If you buy from them good luck and may god be with you.....

Talked with "Ed" who was rude and not courteous at all. I asked about the Mini they have advertised and he said it wasn`t running well. I asked what that meant and he said it means the car is in service and he couldn`t talk about it. I said thanks and hung up. What has happened to customer service???

I bought a car from these guys and traded mine in . Before the purchase was done, everything was smooth and the halo was shining above their heads (brandon and jamie) . After I signed the papers, everything went down hill. I bought warranty from them and 1 week later I went to cancel it and they refused, they said you have to wait 30 days before you cancel (to make sure they get their profit) and when I told them the... view morere`s no where in the contract that states that, they kept ignoring me and refused to cancel it. I called my attorney and 2 mins later brandon called me and started changing his statement saying he meant that it will take up to 30 days and when I confronted him about his lies he said "well, jamie is the owner I can`t do anything about it., and will you come here talk to me face to face like a man or are you going to call your attorney ... " wtf? now they want to talk face to face? Anyways, the warranty was cancelled and 2 months later I haven`t received my money, looks like I`m taking them to court. I have all the time to ANNOY their butts and they will wish they haven`t tried to play games with me.

We were refered by a friend, although we were hesitant due to the reviews, we were pleased and needed to see for ourselves. Jamie made the process very easy. They were all very nice and helpful. The salesmen were not "just after a sale" for commission. I would highly recomend them to others!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought a car there 2 months ago. When I went to get my tag I learned that the car failed emissions two weeks prior. So I was unable to get it. Also Cherokee Auto slapped a tag on the back of the vehicle that was not even registered!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! When I took the car to them I wanted my money back. The owner said to me "this is not Walmart we don`t do refunds&... view morequot; in a rude voice. They said they would fix the problem. I brought the car back for them to fix it. A week later the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON!!! This people sell crab! DO NOT BUY A CAR FOR HERE!!!! I wish I had of thought twice. I feel so naive! I just recently purchased a vehicle from their lot and discovered after taking it home, it was in need of a few minor repairs. Well, it took them five days to produce the tag, which they rushed only after I had threated to return the car for a refund, and telling them I had been pulled over three times by police for an improper tag. If you purchase a car from this lot, you have been warned of their POOR customer service and lack of follow-up once they get your money, and I don`t give a DARN! attitde. They are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I wouldn`t recommend this car lot to a dead DOG!
