I would avoid this dealership ...

I would avoid this dealership due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NEGLIGENT SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME, OR *RETURN* MY CALLS WITH ANY KIND OF UPDATE OR INFO. I left a Buick here to have new WIPER BLADE ASSEMBLIES installed. I already purchased them and had them in the car, with written instructions... I also asked for the oil leak to be inspected. Four hours later I call, and get... view more the runaround... "please hold for a service technician", "they are busy and will call you back"... Sixth hour of waiting, I called and finally spoke with the service representative who assured me the car was in "perfect shape, and needed nothing, a FULL inspection was performed and no problems were found. Get the car back home, realize that only one of the wipers were replaced, and one was installed improperly. Oh, and still there is quite a nasty oil leak. Who can you trust to work on a car, and do what you ask them to do? I`d give a NO STAR RATING if I could, but not an option... Good luck!
