I would not go back

I dropped our car off on a Monday, did not hear from them come Wednesday so decided to call them they still had not looked at it from what I understood because they could not tell me anything about the progress. So we decided if they have not found anything to be fixed on it by Friday we were gonna take it out, well Thursday night came and no phone call still from the shop so I called and asked them politely to leav... view moree it out with the keys in it so we can pick it up since we need to have someone fix it asap. The fist response I got from the receptionist was there will be a check out fee, WHAT??? I have never heard of a check out fee ore did the shop tell me there was any sort of fee before I agreed to have my car serviced there so I told her that and she had to call me back. Needless to say they set the car out for us to pick up (which proves to me she was just making this check out fee up ) Anyways it started when I took it in, and now it does not start at all we had to have it towed home. So I have no clue what they did with it. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Now we have to pay to get it towed to another dealer and hope they did not screw it up royally.
