My car broke and I needed to replace a part that Autozone did not have. I ordered the part over the phone and took the next day off. I was told that the part would be in by 11 the next day. When I called to verify the part would be there, I was told it might be in at 12:30. When I called again, I was told that the part was never ordered. I ended up paying 3x as much to get it from the dealer. Should have gone t... view moreo the dealer or another part store first. Don`t rely on Autozone to do what they say they will do.
